I'm looking for a particular product or character but I can't find it.
Since many of our items are imported, quantities are often limited, and popular items sell out fast. If an item is out of stock it will not be listed in the store. If you can't find an item you're looking for, please check back again in a few weeks. Chances are we will have restocked our popular items, and added some new ones as well.
My package arrived damaged/I am unsatisfied with my order.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it or return it within 30 days for a full refund. Returns should be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post to: Returns VideoGamePlush.com, 5809 Reseda Blvd. #107, Tarzana, CA 91356. With all returns, please include: Your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, a copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return. For example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc.
When will I receive my items?
Most orders are shipped in no more than 2 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number when your order has shipped. We can only provide tracking numbers for domestic orders at this time.
For your convenience, we offer Standard and Priority shipping services for both Domestic and International orders. You will be asked to choose your shipping method when you check out.
